- YUM SOM O PUU NIM: Crispy Soft Shell Crab, Pomelo, Jicama, Tamarind, Coconut
- TOM KHA GOONG: Prawn, Spiced Coconut Broth, Tomato, Shimeji, Lemongrass

“Thai cuisine tends to be sour and spicy. In Indonesia, I have to adjust to suit Indonesian tastes. Indonesians usually prefer a balance of sour and sweet, but spiciness is a matter of taste. So, as Guest Chef, I will still adjust to Indonesian tastes, but without losing the essence of Thai cuisine,” said Masterchef Indonesia judge Chef Degan.
